I get asked a lot about my figures and what goes i I get asked a lot about my figures and what goes into them. This week I'm going to upload posts showing behind the scenes of what products I use for sculpting, sculpting hair and how I take photos etc. They will not be full tutorials just yet as that's something I will cover on my YouTube channel early next year. It's just a little look behind the scenes if you like. Starting with this! An older figure from 2015/2016? but clearly shows what goes into one of the processes I mostly use when creating a new figure. So one process I use goes as follows. 1. The figure to the left is various parts from different figures, kitbashed together with details shaved off to create a mannequin of which I can work on. The head is a cast from a storm figure. 2. The figure to the right is sculpted using aves apoxie (white) also using procreate/kneadatite (hair) then smoothed and shaped to create the new character on top. Then shes sanded down with various grades to smooth any imperfections.
